[Br^-]= S

ksp = (C+S).S = 12*10^-14

in general cases, C >>S hence C+S≈C
but here C is comparable to S , so

S(S+10^-7) = 12*10^-7

therefore S=3*10^-7

then use K = (lamda)*(molarity)*1000 for each of the ions present , and add them up
