Can someone please tell me what are C_p , C_v values for monoatomic, diatomic and triatomic gases ??

monoatomic -C_P =5/2 R C_V =3/2R
diatomic- C_P = 7/2R C_V=5/2R
triatomic - C_P =9/2R C_V =7/2R
