1) False we know Ka= cα21-α solving we get , α is inversely propotional to concentration . 2) for conjugate acid -base pairs . Ka*Kb= KW and KH=Kb= KW /KA

if you write the chemical reaction for hydrolysis for conjugate base and see closely that it dissociation of the conjugate base itself . thus hydrolysis const.= dissociation const for the conjuate base .
