millimoles of HCl=millieq. of HCl=NV=50*1=50
millimoles of NaOH=millieq. of NaOH=30*1=30

millimoles of HCl neutralized by NaOH=30
millimoles of HCl left=50-30=20

total volume of mixture=50+30=80 ml

[HCl]=millimol/V=20/80=0.25 M

pH=-log[H+]=-log0.25=1-log2.5=1-0.4=0.6
