Co(OH)3 [eq] Co3++3OH-

let the solubility be S

[Co3+]=S

As the solution is buffered and pH=8
so [OH-]10-6

Ksp=[Co3+][OH-]3=S(10-6)3

implies S=1.6*10-44/10-18 = 1.6*10-24
