the heat given out by system is taken up by surrounding....evry heat taken by system comes from surrounding

so if enthalpy change for system is ΔH, enthalpy change for surroundings is -ΔH

so, entropy change of surrounding=enthalpy change of surrounding/temperature
i.e. ΔSsurrounding=-ΔH/T...........[1][1][1]
