The molecular mass of metal is not given. How can I find the answer?

Is it 107 g.

This question is very simple. It is actually based on conservation of mass
1 mole of oxygen weighs 32 g
Now 75 g of metal reacts completely with oxygen to form metal oxide.
So weight of reactant = 75+32=107 g
As the product is only metal oxide its weight will be 107 g (conservation of mass)
