miiliequivalent of KMnO4=32*0.1=3.2

milliequivalent of unused oxalic acid=3.2*(250/25)=32

miliequivalent of oxalic acid taken =60*1=60

miliequivalent of oxalic acid reacted with pyrolusite=60-32=28

millimol of MnO2=28/2=14

wt of MnO2=14*(55+32)/1000=1.218

%=1.218/1.6=76.125 %
