I don't think tapan was campaigning for them he just outlined the achievements .
And in Karnataka , the state of the govt is pitiable . Some miscreants try to curb the ppl's freedom and the govt' all behid them though due to media pressure they had to curb the miscreants . I fear , that it's becoming like Pak here. some bunch of idiots are creating mayhem and the govt doesn't take any action :( . it's pity , seems quite frightening how low they can stoop to get votes .

these ppl who are surfacing now are all contesting as individuals
the funny part :
These ppl are paid money by parties to contest the money required for nomination and stuff is paid by the party
why ?
they hope that because of the similaarity of names the supporters on election day cos of the heat will by mistake skip rading the initials and vote for that person.
the intention is not to make the individual win but to lessen the number of votes the popular person gets even if it is by a very small number :(
