A metal cylinder of 5kg is heated electrically by a 20W heater in a room temp. of 20c. The cylinder temp rises and finally becomes constant at 45C. Assuming rate of heat loss is proportional to the excess temp over surroundings. Find rate of heat loss at 25Â°C and 45Â°C.

At 25C rate of heat loss is 4joules/s
And
At 45C rate of heat loss is 20joules/s

Just let me know if my ans is correct then I will explain what I have done.
