(x-2)^2-(y+1)^2=1

hence a hyperbola with ceter (2,-1)

philip coeff of x2 and y2 are different .. it can never be a circlee :O

nishant bhaiya .. another method ... ab - h2 = -1 <0 and a+b = 0 which is a hyperbola !
