one of d roots of d first question u get as -ω.........put tht in d second equation.....thts all..........so ans is -1 i guess

x2+1-2x=-x
x=1±√3/2
so one of the root is -ω..(see clearly minus ω)
so
p=-w16000+1/ω8000
so
p=w+1/ω2
p=ω2+ω
p=-1
