Progressions where reciprocal of every term is in AP are harmonic progressions.
IF A1, A2, A3,.......... form an AP, then
1/A1, 1/A2 , 1/A3,...... form a HP. Can nayone please give all the formulae involved in HP problems?

No formulas for sum upto n terms and the like? Also if a term of the AP were 0, then what will the corresponding term of the HP be?

honey there are no formulas for HP

it is not a very commonly asked question either..

there are some special harmonic progressions that are solved but they are not to be learned as HP's.. Generally they will be expansion of some series.. but forget that for now...

the basic of hp is that the reciprocals are in AP.

That is all you will need. Solve problems thinking this in mind.. there isnt more that you can do.... nor are u expected to do....

There are not too many formulas either.. I will post a couple if i remember them...

cheers :)
