Set A is called the subset of set B if all properties of Set A are contained in B

for squares all 4 sides are equal thus how cud u take it as a subset of rectangles?

someone kindly elaborate on this!

rectangle is a quadrilateral with all four angles at 90 degrees..

a square satisfies taht property. It has more specialization.. but then it satisfies everything that needs to be a rectangle.
