take x^(3/2) =t

(√x)∂x=(2/3)∂t

and.... x3=t2

i have got one more method

check if it is correct

integration of numerator is 2x3/2/3

so let x3/2=t 3/2 x1/2dx = dt

∫x1/2/√(X3/2)2+(a3/2)2

=∫2/3dt / √t2+(a3/2)2
= 2/3 ∫dt/√t2+(a3/2)2
=2/3 log|(t+√t2+(a3/2)2)|
= 2/3 log|x3/2+√x3+a3|
