1ok my fisrt try would be ........
to take a point x1, y1 that divides the points given in ratio λ:1
then we get coordinates of point of intersection in terms of lambda
satisfy the eq of tangent to get λ
and we re done
it looks little dirty first time but believe me it is not really that devilish

quite a straightforward one though......
find point of intersection of both the lines
1now we should wait for some strikingly brilliant idea from someone else.....
