The only points of contention are

x=1, 2 and x=0

when x=0, the function will be differentiable.. bcos the left term will not interfere!

when x=1 or 2, the right term will not interfere so we dont have to worry about cos x
the derivative of the Left term is

2x(x2-3x+2) + (x2-1)(2x-3)

at x=1, this is zero

at x=2, this is not zero .. hence it is not differentiable at x=2
