According to Avogadro's hypothesis, equal volumes of gas under similar conditions of temp and pressure contains equal no of molecules. Hence, equal vol of nitrogen and ozone has equal no of molecules.

The atomicity of nitrogen is 2, while the atomicity of ozone is 3 therefore though equal volumes of nitrogen and ozone will contain the same number of molecules at the same temperature and pressure ,they will have different no. of atoms since their atomicity are not the same
