Gave my maths board examination today.. it was awesome...!!

expecting, 79/80 ...

But wanna confirm myself in some questions

Q) Two dice are rolled once. FInd the probability of getting such numbers on the two dice, whose product is 12

I got 1/9

Q) A ticket is drawn at random from a bag containing tickets numbered from 1 to 40. Find the probability that the selected ticket has a number which is a multiple of 5.

I got 7/40

Q) Water is flowing a t the rate of 15 km/hour through a pipe of diameter 14 cm into a cuboidal pond which is 50 m long and 44 m wide. In what time will the level of water in the pond rise by 21 cm?

I got 2 hrs

Three circles each of radius 3.5 cm drawn in such a way that each of them touches the other two. Find the area enclosed between the three circles. [use ∩ = 22/7]

√3/2 x pi x 49 - 3 x pi x (3.5)2 / 4

--------------------- X ---------------------

but i did a very silly calculation mistakes in a sum...!!

8/40=0.2 is right answer for the questionof ticket wala!

for pipe one....2+∂[a small number]...but i guess we can neglect tht small no. so u r right[1]

Yaar.. You should have scored no less than 80 w.r.t to your confidence and ability you have..

However, Much better and you'll surely get full marks next time.

But maths ke ye baki 20 kaha gaye FM: 80??

Thank you for boosting up my confidence...

Actually the pattern of Board examination has completely changed...

Now, we have CCE pattern...

which envolves 60% of the maks by schools and 40% by CBSE itself...

so, this exam of ours was total of 80 marks...

which will be halved and so...!!
