  • Ranadeep Roy Current clockwise, so motion of electrons anticlockwise. So we get the direction of velocity(v) Magnetic field from left to right, so we get the direction of B. Doing v X B. we get the direction of magnetic field pointing towards us. (right hand thumb rule) Since Electrons are negatively charged, the direction of force acting is opposite to that of field. So the force will act away from us

For finding the force we have to apply the formula
F= i lXB
According to that Option A is correct, i.e right edge will come towards us.
