a) drift speed depends upon average collision time... which decrease with inc in temp.

b) resistivity decreases.

c) so does resistance.. (decreaess in a conductor)

R = RO[1-kΔt] and R=ρl/A

d) no of free electrons in a conductor will remain same with rise in temp. only the no of collisions between them increase.
