HINT: Use the fact that Electric field inside a conductor is zero and use Gauss' Law and charge conservation

The charge distribution is
no charge on inner surface of smaller sphere
charge Q on outer surface of smaller sphere
charge -Q on inner surface of larger sphere
charge 3Q on outer surface of larger sphere
