A non conducting ring of mass m and radius R has a charge Q distributed over its circumference.It is placed on a rough horizontal surface such that the plane of the ring is parallel to surface.A vertical mag. field B=B₀t²is switched on.AFTER 2sec the ring is just about to rotate.
(a)Find Î¼ between ring and surface.
(b)At t=4 mag. field is switched off,find the angle rotated by ring before coming to stop.
