Q.1 Find B(x,y) in case I so that VA-VB is same for both rods...

They are pulled by some means with given speed perpendicular to length of rod..
Note:Take only one line in copy at max or no copy.... its easy..(save copy save tree.. :P)
Given That B is not constant through out the space in situation 1...
2B is one answer for constant field...(told by Kamalendu) Find any one variable field in z axis that will make it possible...

initially it is given velocity V0 as shown...
(mass m of rod.. and 2R is resistance of loop..)
Draw the graph of velocity as a function of time...
and find velocity after looong time...
