Only one is a capacitor : the one b/w2nd & 3rd plate.

Since the 1st 2 & also the last 2 plates are connected by wires to terminal A & B respectively,they do not behave as capacitors(there is no Pot. diff. b/w them).
The equivalent setup is somewhat like this : B----| |-----A
