coz........ sum of d potential energy (work done) by +q charge is equal to dat of work done by -q...........

I think you have made a small mistake with the sign..

it is -ve of the whole thing.. and the side is not there!

LET IT BE ALL EMPTY ........

NOW +q is brought .........U=0

now in presence of +q ...-q is kept at dist. a

work done =-kq^2/a

now another +q is put

W = kq^2/√2 a - kq2/a

then -q ....BLAH BLAH FINALLY NET WORK DONE IN BRINGING ALL OF THEM TOGETHER

Wnet = 12 kq2/√2a - 12kq2/a - 4kq2/√5a
