jee 2010

now look into the problem
1.no where written ISOLATED system
2.following ELECTRCI field configuration seems like lines are getting diverged after some distance on both side

CONCLUSION::::::::::[considering the level JEE paper usually is of conceptual standards]

question no where says tht system is an ISOLATEd one and DIAGRAM strengthens this fact......so the electric field configuration seems to be as a result of some outside influence too...n from diagram it seems that even option C is correct[1]

(C) is wrong coz it is not a certainity
but then (D) is also not a certainty if system is not isolated
but the diagram does not signify that system is not isolated
