gven a loop subjeted to inawrd perpendicular magnetic field.
fnd direction of current...please explain.

you have written nothign about whether the magnetic field is increasing or decreasing or if the loop is rotating or moving!

if the magnetic field is increasing with time then emf will be induced and by lenzs law current will be induced in the outer loop from d to c and in inner loop from a to b
since the outer loop has greater area hence current from d to c
i remember this is iit 2009 question. it was my first question in the paper
