Hint: Take a small element and draw its fbd

force on it will be i dl B towards the center..

Also there will be two tention forces acting on both sides.

acceleration towards the center is w^2 r

The two tention forces will have their components towards the center given by T sin (theta/2)

Now you have to solve it like the ring problem?
