Potential Drop

Q: The potential drop V0 (in VOLTS) across a resistor varies as V0 = 2 i3/2 where ' i ' is the current in mA. Find the resistance of above device when V0 = 16 V.

Q: A conducting sphere of radius ' a ' has charge Q on it. It is enclosed by a neutral concentric thick shell having inner radius ' 2a ' and outer radius ' 3a '. Find the Electrostatic Potential Energy of the system?

In this case I'm having problem in writing the Potential Energy of interaction among the two shells. Which distance to take?

when v0=16...i=2mA.....
so resistance=vi=162x10-3=8x103
