F/Q=V/D ;
mg/Q=V/D; .......(1)

so, Q= mg*D / v
= 1.96*10^-15 * 0.02 / 800
= 4.802*10^-19
Charge on the particle = 4.802*10^-19 / 1.6*10^-19
