Q. Is the coulomb force that one charge exerts on the another changes if othere charges are brought nearby?

A. No

but then..everybody knows that electrostatic force follows ineverse square law....is there any difference between coulob and electrostatic force...???

1) Arrey, matlab the Force b/w 2 charges is not affected by the presence of ny other charges in the vicinity.

2) Uncertain @ the moment.
