assertion is wrong becoz...........
If coiil is placed stationary ,emf is induced if field is time varying.IF the field is non uniform ,emf is induced when coil is moved becoz emf is induced when magnetic flux changes
11yeah assertion wrong because although the field is non uniform it is not varying so no induced emf
