is ur drawing absolutely correct?
if the 2nd line is straight,then the particle is chargeless.
just as in gamma rays.

if 2nd is negative then it should be attracted towards 3rd na?

2nd is negative...dont go by the diagram...its a handmade one...

What is the issue here!!

I mean the diagram obivously is hand made..

If the charge is moves upwards, it is -ve....

If it moves straight it is neutral..
