For V1,
I = V1/R1 = 80/200 = 2/5 A

Thus,

V2 = I X R2 = 2/5 x 32000 = 2 x 6400 = 12800 V

Thus, V = V1 + V2 = 80 + 12800 = 12880 V.... i amn't sure....
