once it forms H3O+ then it becomes positive already!

I dont see how it will attract another +vely charged H+ to itself!

May be I am wrong but this seems to be the most simple justification!

BUT SIR, IT HAS A LONE PAIR TOO........(AFTER FORMATION OF H3O +)

HAD THAT BEEN SO, THEN Al 3+ , ETC SHUD BE IMAGINATION..........ISNT IT????

i thot d sem thing, but in d case of a cation, it's losin e- . Duznt depend on the bonds or nythin.
