Might be a typo......fr the reac.n 2b balanced thts NH3 only.....

Simple one ----

3 x 22.4 lts Cl2 reacts with 22.4 lts NH3

So, 1 lt Cl2 gas wud require 1/3 lt NH3 gas fr its complete consumption.....

yeah,volume of NH3 necessary is 0.33 litres.It would be less than that of Cl2.
