A massless conical flask filled with liquid is kept on a table in vacuum.

Force exerted by liquid on base of flask = W1
Force exerted by flask on table = W2

then

(B)W1>W2

Force exerted by liquid on base of flask density*g*h*Area of cross section

Force exerted by flask on table is mg which is V*density*g

but why isn't w2=w1?

u can luk at it this way .. .sum of the force is also taken by the sides of the container so the force on base is lesser!!!!!!!! if the container was a cylinder thern w1=w2 ...............
if its sides are comin inward then w1>w2
