beta particles are emitted from nucleus but are negatively charged.how?

In β− decay, the weak interaction converts a neutron (n) into a proton (p) while emitting an electron (e−) and an electron antineutrino (νe):

So Neutron decays within the nucleus and generates negatively charged electrons which are propelled or ejected out as Beta Decay!
