a dipole is placed with its two ends having charges q and -q 2L distance apart . An ant having charge +Q on his body moves fom infinity to a point r distance apart from dipole along dipole equatorial line . wt is the work done by ant in doing so??????????????

ans is 0

W=initial energy - final energy

I.E = kqQ/∞ - kqQ/∞ = 0 ( Becoz something divide by ∞ = 0 )
P.E = kqQ/2L - KqQ/2L = 0
