depends on the strength of the ligands ( I forgot that plz,.... check NCERT book)... stronger the ligand shorter the wavelength.(plz check NCERT its given there)..
i guess ans should be d>a>b>c

CN Is Strong Field Ligand So High Energy And Therefore Low Wavelength
