Inside a smooth spherical shell of radius R a ball of same mass is released from shown posititon.Find distance travelled by centre of shell on hrz floor when ball comes to lowest point on shell

NO need for omega..

just center of mass [1]

It is easy.. just try using COM

yes priyam u are correct :)

jus com will do...

com will shift.. so bigger sphere will move in such a way so that it compensates the movement of the com. ...
