For a body to be in unstable equilibrium, two conditions needs to be satisfied -->

1. \frac{dU }{dx} = 0

2. \frac{{d}^{2}U }{d{x}^{2}} < 0.

Find such a value of x which satisfies both the conditions.
That value represents the unstable condition.
