Hey in this i seriously require some explanation :(

Aman's answer is just by writing the eqn of water surface and making it satisfy (R,H)

but is that the min ang velocity required...

i think there must be given some relation between H and H0...

as what i did is assumed H to large enough and just made volume of water to be same so found height (h) of water along the side of container from there and satisfied the eqn of water level with (R,h)....

That gave me this answer...

So I think if H>2H0 Mine answer is right but if H<2H0 then it is Aman's

Contd..

As if H<2H0 water level will rise and water will start to spill away before base is exposed when w is increased...

But if H>2H0 water level need not rise to H to expose base before it... it will expose the base..
