a spaceship orbits the earth at a constant speed along a circular path. when an astronaut inside the spaceship releases an object, it does not move away from him.

yeah it's A...

second one is completely wrong...

third one is also wrong as d gravitational force acting on d object due to space ship is very much less when compared to gravitational pull of earth...

fourth one is partly rite... but if dats true, then d object would fly away into d space... so even dat isn't d accurate reason...

so first one is correct... :)
