i think yes, it is possible,let's say in optics,

when u place a source close to pole of a lens/mirror, u can get limit as 1 by gemeotry.......

i didn't calculated it yet, but i think it can be done !!!!

a guess........a section of wire of unit radius??????????if semi vertex angle approaches 0 it becomes a point and its COM lies at that position only...

Hence the limit..
