this is not that tough..
see the linear velocity that it will get is
50√π/(2.5) = 20√π

angular velocity is given by

Iw=50√π.R
w 2/5mR2=50√πR thus, w =125√π/mR thus, w =250√π

angle of projection is 30 degree.
vertical component of velociyt is 10√π
time is 2√π

theta= wt = 500Ï€

no of rotations = 500Ï€/2Ï€ = 250
