Rotating tube


FIND THE DIFFERENCE IN WATER LEVELS IN THE CENTER OF THE TUBE AND THE CORNERS. TUBE IS ROTATED BY ANGULAR VELOCITY ω AND THE LIQUID HAS DENSITY OF ρ. [1]

Each of you must have done this sum atleast a 1000 times, but pls post the full solution.

now tending acc along surface is zero..

therefore..
ω2x.cosθ=g.sinθ

tanθ=ω2x
g

dy = ω2x
dx g

Solving it we get..
eqn of parabola...

yx=R=ΔH .... if center of tube is (0,0)

Is it alright..
