Minimum moment of inertia will be possible if the radius of gyration is less. So an axis perpendicular to one of he faces through the centre of cube.
Maximum M.I. if radius of gyration is more i.e. an axis passing along one of the faces

ans -- min is when the axis is passing through one of the diagonals.

I did not work out the radius of gyration.
You calculate the radius of gyration for two possibilities and find out which one is lower.

the max inertia can be a axis at infinity . but otherwise it should be a axis touching the cube at its' any one vertex.
