64(c) . no asish there is potential difference.
And the electric field is in this case is very high.
electric fields may be several million volts per metre.
potential varies from a small fraction of a volt 1V or 2V depending on nature of material.
so probably ans. is (c). I wrote this confirming from a book.

19 (a) for sure as diode acts as rectifier and conducts for only positive half cycle of the signal.
HERE IS A CASE OF HALF WAVE RECTIFIER.
